A SECRET WEAPON FOR MERCEDES STEERING LOCK

All fuses have power aside from 22-25 which the guide suggests are for engine electronics. I assume what I’m wondering is the place are Individuals fuses drawing their power source from? Is there another things which may be triggering just These Fuses not to get any electric power? Any help of any type is significantly appreciated.
